Meet Grin City’s spring 2016 artists-in-residence!
Grin City has only one more session before we shut the hatch on our residency program at the Lacina Farmstead. And you only have two more weeks to apply for it. 3 or 6 weeks in rural Iowa with some weird and amazing people making art of all sorts. Deadline February 10.

GRIN CITY AND THE GRINNELL AREA ARTS COUNCIL’S 1ST PUBLIC ART COMMISSION CALL FOR ENTRIES
STIPENDS $2,000 - $25,000
To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Grin City is teaming up with the Grinnell Area Arts Council to commission 3-5 works of public art for their home in downtown Grinnell, Iowa. Artists may submit proposals for any of the nine listed locations. 3-5 artists and their locations will be chosen. Selected artists receive a stipend to produce the work + a free 4-week residency at Grin City with staff support to produce and install.

Grin City @ Grin City Pop-Up Show + Potluck 6:00pm-9:00pm Friday, Oct 9, 2015 @ Grin City Collective Enjoy visual art, live music and interactive projects during our second to last potluck of the year!
