In August of 2016, a blood-soaked “ghost boat” floated into a marina in Warwick, Rhode Island. There appeared to be damage to the gull of the boat and the boat was stained with blood, however there was nobody found on the boat. What happened to the occupants of the boat or who the boat belonged to still remains a mystery.
