I’m stressed and very not myself as of late. In a way I’ve been put down. I don’t like being told what to do and I feel like a failure.

I internally have the shakes and I just feel sad. This is the worst I’ve ever felt. I woke up this morning feeling like crap and feeling depressed I feel like I need to move out of my house because I have constant stress. I want to feel happy again and have control over my life.
