Making Totk Zelda starting in May 2023 was really a big ol love letter for me when I made Zelda. I won two awards for this cosplay, one at a really small con that I never saw the whole prize for. And one at a mid size con for best intermediate. Can’t wait to make Twilight Princess Zelda soon… anyways I love Zelda

Something I’ve learned while being in a hobby space is to just not care if there are people who don’t like me. It’s not worth my time. I used to care a lot- and I won’t lie it did get to me and made me really miserable. But like once I hit 25 and my brain clicked into being dysfunctionally fully developed I was like… wait this is stupid why do I care about what someone thinks of me so much?
Like ima be real- it really doesn’t matter. Like so long as you aren’t actively being a terrible person their opinions really don’t matter!!! I’m just gonna be happy and do what I want and if all goes well I get to be happy with friends and with people who like me.
Cause constantly trying to please people who are nasty and cruel is a waste of time and energy
Like womp womp someone doesn’t like me because my existence annoys them? Oh well!

Discovered I really like knitting. Send help I can’t afford a time consuming hobby ahhhh
Finished my first project ever. I taught myself the basics at the end of December while doing my knitting sample for this sweater. Successfully started on January 2nd and now I have my first knit project EVER. I’ve never crocheted, never knit, and never knit anything else before. This was so fun and I’ve loved every step. I feel so speedy and can’t wait to keep knitting. This was awesome to make for cosplay and now I’m gonna make sweaters for personal use too! This is the petite knit novice sweater in cotton drops

Been working on my first knit project ever. I have never knit or crocheted before this. I know I got room to grow, but anyways, I am super hyped I’m almost done. I have my sleeve to finish and then woop done! The pattern is the novice sweater by petite knit, knitted in dk weight cotton bound together with more dk weight yarn.
