But did Mandy and Grim ever make amends with each other, did Grim ever forgive her for all she put him through, and does Mandy ever look back at it with remorse for her past actions. I know here she's a better person

Grim and Mandy did made amends with each other. and Yes Mandy does look back at her past actions with remorse, especially all the times Mandy was harsh and verbally cruel to Minnie.
