Wireless Network Update
We believe the wireless network issue affecting Zoom and Google Meets has been partially resolved. Gustavus Technology Services staff are aware of an intermittent issue with the campus wireless network. If you are noticing issues with Zoom or Google Meet, and you have an ethernet port available, please connect to a wired ethernet port. If you do not have an ethernet cable, please contact the Technology Helpline. We are actively working to diagnose the issue and restore normal operation.

COLLEAGUE SYSTEM - UNSCHEDULED DOWNTIME IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
In order to resolve an issue with Colleague, we will need to restart the system at 10:50 am today (November 4th). We ask that all users be disconnected from the system at 10:50 am for this. It will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete the restart.

Gustavus Technology Services Emergency Network Maintenance - November 1st
Gustavus Technology Services will be performing emergency maintenance on core networking equipment Friday, November 1st between 5 and 6 p.m. Internet/Network access will be intermittent during this time. During the outage, access to the Gustavus network will be unavailable at times. Email arriving within this maintenance window will be queued and delivered when the maintenance ends.
