Except...that’s yet another lie. Nobody once “invaded” any server you own on Discord. That’s literally not how Discord servers work; nobody who is not authorized to join any given server cannot do so without being provided an invitation link. This is said so directly on Discord’s support page:

“However, it's important to remember that the only way anyone can access your server is through an invite link so be careful with who you give it to!”

Barring that, the only time anybody ever entered any one of your servers is when YOU PUBLICLY GOADED THEM INTO DOING IT. This was not recent, either, this was literal months ago back when you were still using tendergreensoul. I guess you never wanted anyone else to see these?

The anonymous “hate mail” you keep claiming to be flooded with also doesn’t exist--at least, not from this blog or it’s affiliates. You’ve been asked time and time again to prove that we’re “harassing” you via posting screenshots and/or using Statcounter, yet you’ve never done any one of those things. In fact, here’s another very interesting screenshot again from tendergreensoul where you claiming the same thing--very clearly showing that you had anonymous asks disabled at the time.

No court case ever took place. J never received notification, which is required in a criminal-level court case (which is what rape, especially statutory rape is considered)--nor have they had the resources available or time to spend away from recovering from what you did to them to formally press charges. Us mods here at the blog have not received any notification either, as despite your stubbornness and willingness to demonize your victims, we are not J or R and have told you repeatedly as much. You have no names and no addresses to go off of. A court case of this potential magnitude would not be held without both parties present. The only way you could have been acquitted is if you failed to provide proper contact info for the other party and the judge dismissed it as a result. Court rulings become public record in the state they took place in, meaning that anybody with a little extra time on their hands and a connection to a search engine could see that you’re lying.

“This wouldn’t stop even if I [you] were dead”? Literally nobody has been saying that except you when you’re being dramatic. But to be clear, no: we won’t shut this blog down after the resolution of all this, whatever that may be, happens--we’re going to leave it up and continue to update it with resources and support for other victims of abusive relationships and cult groups. We will continue to warn others of other harmful people within their communities. We or any of your victims have not have the funds for legal action and thus have never taken you to court over any of this, no matter how much we may want to. A case of this magnitude cannot be held without both the prosecution and defendants present. A quick Google search on standard legal procedure would have told you that. The fact of the matter is, you have taken NO legal action against any of us. The "restraining order" papers you posted pictures of back on asktheundyingerror were nothing more than an informational packet, bullet points and all. Furthermore, you have no addresses for such papers to even be served. Something else you don't have is a leg to stand on: this blog is not libel, it is not slander. Screenshots are taken directly from your own blogs, completely unedited, save for the occasional blurring of names--that's it. We have made no physical threats to your person and never will, and actively encourage others to conduct themselves the same way. Call it "bullying" all you want, but your victims have a right to make their voices heard, and to warn others of the kind of person you are. You don't have to like it.

Yo so my abuser @remorsefulkiller made a blog called @comfortkinaudio. The voice is clearly them trying to do impressions of various characters and using something like audacity to further edit their voice (here’s a recording of their voice from when she was recorded admitting stealing over skype a few years back, originally hosted at ). One of their fics is also voice acted on there, the blog was recently promo’d by a kid known to be being groomed by her,

Remorsefulkiller is a known offending pedophile and predator using systems (their own being faked by their own admission) and kintypes to manipulate kids in the alterhuman community and several fandoms, primarily the undertale and homestuck as of late. Details about the situation can be found here. Cw’s for rape, pedophilia, grooming, religious abuse, physical abuse, manipulation, theft, and some mentions of glorifying nazis and their use of the R slur and T slur, among other things.

It is HIGHLY LIKELY they will use comfortkinaudio to talk to minors and other vulnerable people under the guise of advice and comfort. They are known to target people anywhere between 12-20 and have been caught having inappropriate discussions with minors as recently as a few weeks ago, part of a continued history stretching back as far as 10 years online and longer offline. I would especially recommend any minors in the otherkin, therian, fictionkin, alterhuman, system communities and any in the fandoms and communities mentioned at the end of @remorsefulkillerisabusive‘s main post block all their known urls and accounts.

The whole thing’s got me pretty upset at the moment so I’m going to end this post here and drop it into some tags, but if anyone would like to ask more questions my messages and asks are open.

This is a callout/awareness post for Tumblr user remorsefulkiller. (A list of all past and present urls can be found [here].) They are currently very active in the Undertale and Fictionkin communities and is a known abuser.

This user has abused many people in the past, including minors, with such offenses as manipulation, gaslighting, blame shifting, guilt tripping, pedophilia/ephebophilia (attraction to teens), emotional AND physical abuse, brainwashing, rape (against minors; often multiple times against one victim), stalking, physical assault (of minors and otherwise), murder attempts, and theft (physical and art/idea theft). [x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x] Their kin pages now sport a laundry list of harmful misinformation as well.

remorsefulkiller has a long track record of sexual misconduct, almost exclusively against minors, including sending a topless photo of themselves to a user they were in a relationship with, who was only 16 at the time. [x] UPDATE: They now claim that this was “sent to their boyfriend, not ‘Blue’ (the minor)”, [x] although this is clearly untrue. There are also e-mails where they explicitly state loving them. [x] Once the younger user decided to go public with the abuse, they began an onslaught of threats, threatening to slander their name as well as report them to the police, or that they were going to kill themselves in an attempt to guilt them into staying with them. [x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x] They even posted a piece of art on one of their deviantART pages of their own OC/persona killing themselves in front of a picture of the minor’s OC and an OC of one of their other friends at the time, trying to guilt them for leaving them for someone else. [x [suicide and blood tw]] On top of this, they often were made to apologize for circumstances outside of their control in order to quell their own anger. [x]

They manipulated another minor into living with them, which eventually ended in homelessness. They repeatedly took out their frustrations on this person, forcing them into uncomfortable sexual situations. Eventually things escalated and turned physical, including incidents where they dragged them to the ground by their hair in a crowded public park [x], and repeatedly assaulted them until they had head trauma that has resulted in frequent seizures. [x, x, x]

To this day remorsefulkiller maintains their innocence, claiming almost every single time that they had been wronged first, and any subsequent actions were the result of retaliation. [x, x, x] They twist words and events to the point where it looks like they have done nothing wrong, thus allowing them to easily continue their cycle of abuse. Despite the accusations they made against those calling them out, they never once provided any proof against the other parties, even after being asked repeatedly to provide proof. They either skirted around the question or ignored it completely.

This has escalated to a point where the second victim mentioned above can no longer visit the city they had lived in at the time, for fear of violence from individuals in the area that tendergreensoul has manipulated into thinking that they was the victim of abuse. [x, x, x, x, x]

This abuser does not care about individuals. [x] They only care about the attention they can garner from others. They have repeatedly groomed minors into compromising situations and relationships to satisfy their own needs. They manipulate and brainwash people with stories to make them think they’re important, often with lasting emotional trauma. [x] This is why they’re especially dangerous to those in kin spaces.

In addition to the offenses listed above, they have said incredibly ableist things, as well as attempted to cover up an alleged instance of animal abuse. These include conversations where they claimed that disabled people should be drowned at birth: [x], and where they said they nearly killed a squirrel with an injured leg rather than getting it help. [x] They have also drawn art glorifying the Nazi party. [x]
