DAILY LIFE.
She shouldn’t be surprised to hear the voice ringing from James, but she is anyway. And she honestly couldn’t tell you why, he’s been there many mornings before she’s awaken, making sure she’s as safe as a Moroi like her should be. She unlike her normal overly happy self, was still waking up and she mumbled her hello, waving at him for a moment
Finally making it into the kitchen, she leans her had into her hands and almost wants to fall asleep right there. Why is she so tired? She honestly couldn’t say. Finally bring her face up she still has her chin in her hands.
"It is far too early,James." She complains before tilting her head. "How’re you feeling though, broody as ever? Or did those days off help you at all?"
He watched as Vera shuffled around the kitchen, unable to help the chuckle that escaped once he took in her tired state. It was a rare sight, and part of him took a bit of selfish satisfaction in knowing that he wouldn't have to deal with an abundance of energy so early in the morning.
"Hey now, you're the one who got up this early, I didn't force you to wake up once I got here." It was true, he was hoping not to wake her up when he first arrived, but shuffling around the house in order to do an early morning check probably didn't help. "And I don't brood, you just bring it out in me," he joked... well, sort of.
"What's got you so drained this morning, anyways? Generally by now, I'm already wanting to drive a stake through my own chest," he said, both keeping an eye on her and doing a quick glance of the entire room.
