âAre you ordering me not to tell anyone? How bossyâŠâÂ
âI TOLD YOU nicely. Iâm not being bossy about it.â
Good morning! So excited to meet you guys in Sydney today!#COTN3 #ardeninaustralia
âWhat happened here?â Alegra ran to the woman and froze at the sight. She had been stabbed. âDonât move, Iâm going to call for help.â The princess waved her one of her guard over and instructed the man to get a Healer. âHold on. Help is coming.âÂ
KIKU LITERALLY SCREAMED at the Princess because the pain was so much worse. What else was in that spear to make the pain ten times worst? âNo.â She said in between breaths. âPlease, you need to pull it out now.â
âOH MY GOD.â Kiku breathed in and out, feeling the sharp weapon thrusted in her collarbone. She screamed in pain and bit down on her lip as blood trickled down her skin. âHelp me, please.â
âPlease tell me I did not just see thatâŠ?âÂ
âYOU DID NOT just see that and youâre not going to tell anyone about it.â
âLook, Iâm just saying. Maybe if pizzaâs were square thereâd be more pizza in pizza boxes than we normally pay for.â He droned, repeatedly tossing a coin in the air and catching it.
âJUST SO YOU KNOW, there are pizzaâs that are square in shape. I think yellow cab has one.â
âAre you sure about that, love?â
âY-YEAH. I-IâM S-SURE about it---- okay. Iâm so sorry. Please donât kill me. I didnât mean to break this vase that I know costs a fortune.â
âSoulmates⊠yes, so you are one of thoseâ Thomas grabs a book to avoid looking at her but after a moment he tries another look. âYou are one of those who have a soulmate and believe these little signs actually have a meaningâ He looks back to his own tattoo and sighs. âNot all of us have the luck to have oneâ
âNO... I MEAN, YES. Maybe. I mean, all of us has those tattoos. Well at least, here itâs a tattoo. But for those who lived in Japan believes in this red string of fate.â Kiku tried to explain to the man. âThe only misfortune of you not meeting your soulmate is because theyâre dead. If, theyâre dead. Iâm not saying yours is already dead. Havenât met mine yet either.â
âREALLY NOW?â
  âIâM NOT LYING.â
âYes, because my book that was no where near the edge of the table could easily fall into this mop bucket.â
âLOOK, I HAVE no interest on your book nor I want it to get soaked in a water. Stop blaming it on me, please.â
âIâm not sure I know what youâre talking about⊠or actually want to knowâ Thomas sighed and wanted to return to the bookshelf he was looking at. He needed a specific book but wasnât sure if had seen it in shop or at the antique market - either way he didnât like to be bothered looking for anything healing related.
âWHY NOT? THEREâS a lot to learn.â She insisted, turning the page of the book where she saw it. âSee? Look at this.â She walked over to him and showed whatâs written on it. âIt says that the red string connects two people together. Theyâre like soulmates. Only that this invisible red string is knotted on your pinky finger. And somewhere in this world, that red string connects you with the person youâre supposed to be with.â
âThat wasnât me, I swear.âÂ
âI COULD GET in trouble because of this. Please tell me the truth.â
âDo people serve coffee here or is it self service?â
âIT DEPENDS. You can request and one of the kitchen staffs could serve you the coffee or you could just go to the kitchen yourself and make one.â
Alexander paused in the middle of the hallway as he realized one ( rather important ) notion. HEâD FORGOTTEN HIS AMULET AGAIN. The royal let out a strained breath â turning on his heels to return tot he room in which heâd stayed last night when he ran straight into someone going in the opposite direction. Crossing his arms over his chest he glared â Excuse me â out of the way. â thick London accent slipping out as he did so.Â
BEING THE CLUMSY girl she was, Kiku didnât notice the man that ran straight into her in the first place. Piles of books dropped on the floor and her jaw dropped slightly. âExcuse me?â She furrowed her brows at him. âYou help me here. This is your fault.â
âExcuse me, who else couldâve it possibly been then? As far as I know, weâre the only two here.â
âIT COULD BE a g h o s t for all we know. I mean, this place is really really old.â
âJust stay out of my way next time.â
âSORRY. I REALLY didnât mean to.â
âDonât worry, Iâm not mad. Accidents happen.â
âREALLY? YOU'RE NOT? Because I think that necklace is really pretty and now itâs all broken.â
