Things people don’t always remember before playing with a partner:

Stretch. Whether you’re in bondage or you’re flailing about, your body is going to have a work out. Warm it up if you can! Stretch your arms, back, legs, neck, and shoulders at least. It sucks when you have to safeword because you pulled something
