"Have you any money to bet?" has been a well-known line of the Georgetown Fight Song for generations, but in 1928, one Hoya took his bent for betting to another level. SFS third-year F. Stanley Nishwitz proposed a bet that if Georgetown beat West Virginia in a football match, his childhood sweetheart Marjorie Morris would agree to marry him.
