Maaf ya aku baru aktif lagi… Aku biasanya nulis catatan atau rangkuman dari presentasi dosen atau dengerin dosen pun paling aku buat brief notes acak-acakan di kertas dan di rumah aku tulis ulang. Aku hampir gak pernah rangkum buku karena aku lebih efektif kalau dibaca dan highlighted aja :”) kecuali, memang ada tugas ngerangkum dari buku XD

[190611] ㅡ I have been training myself to lessen the amount of negative words out of my mouth, especially those which degrade my own self. It has been two weeks and I start to feel a little positive change in me. I am so glad to the result and I hope I will be a lot more better in the future. :)

I changed my journal set up. I don’t write my daily to do lists anymore but instead write quirky, life updates. (I have a separate notebook for all my to-do lists). I also decided to add small aesthetic lists whenever I find them around In Pinterest, books or tumblr. Lists like these calm me down and I find them so peaceful. list on the right by @flowerais

[190113] ㅡ Disappointment leads to “If only I hadn’t been ___, I wouldn’t have to ___,” or we usually say it as regret. However, have we ever tried to look from another point of view that at least we’ve worked hard and probably it’s a path for us to be more grateful for every condition we have? So, we’ll work even harder in the future and take care of our health to get a lot better result.
