👻Horror Flick, and any others you feel like giving answers to!

Hahaha… I’m actually a complete wuss when it comes to horror films.  I love the plot outlines and the look of them… but to watch them I need the lights on in the middle of the day and at least two people protectively smooshed up against me, all holding multiple plushies, mocking the flick.  ｡(*^▽^*)ゞ  Complete wuss.

But yeah, I love the look of them and am all too happy to talk about them.

Specific horror movies I like?  Pan’s Labyrinth is a horror, right?  Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland too?  (ᅌᴗᅌ✿) Hahaha.  (No seriously, these are the sort of horror movies that I can watch.)

I rolled a dice for another one, unsurprisingly I rolled a one.  I have the worst dice rolling skills ever.  Never let me in a casino, I will lose all my money and then all the money of the people standing next to me by osmosis.

🎃Pumpkin: What is your favorite season? 

Summer.  It’s got hot moonlit nights to eat ice-cream in, amazing lighting storms that I can just breathe, perfect floaty/fluffy clothes days and that feeling of warmth that just goes right to my bones. 

It’s also not winter where I have to layer up until I’m a caterpillar, only able to move by rolling slowly, usually towards the heater.

Hobart Zombie March - Saturday, August 19th, 2017

Amski and I zombied up for the zombie march.  :D  Hell of a lot of fun and oh my god some of the other people there in their full zombieness were just freaking amazing.  We were kind of lax this year and just went as zombies sealed by magic talismans.

Our ofudas just say ‘zombies’ because there was no way I was going to pretend to write something in kanji that I’d probably 1) get wrong and accidentally write something terribly insulting; and 2) I’ve seen enough horror movies to know that you don’t scrawl down things you don’t understand. That way lies madness.

Hobart Zombie March

Dear followers,

Today is the Hobart zombie march!  And I am super looking forward to taking part.  (Sitting here in my pj’s, drinking tea and listening to somewhat appropriate music at the moment.) And I can’t wait to share with you some of the photos from the event as they become available.

Steampunk Festival 2017 - Saturday, 24th June 2017

Attended the second ever Steampunk Festival in Georgetown, Tas. this year.  Loved it to bits.  The new location really worked well and holy crud the hosts went all freaking out with decorations.

And hey, who wouldn’t love tea dueling, teapot races, piano’s that shoot freaking jets of fire into the air, and all sorts of great stuff.

I redid my steampunk persona (which has only ever come out at this festival so far. hahaha) Lady Jayne Grey.  She’s supposed to be delving into alchemy and the dark arts in an attempt to be queen of all, for more than nine days.  ◦°˚\(*❛‿❛)/˚°◦

Oh Deer - Honey Badger meetup - Saturday, 8th July 2017

We were aiming to go to a desert cafe called Dear Deer for this meet and so I styled my coord jokingly with that in mind.  (Who am I kidding, I was SO freaking excited to have an excuse to wear my antlers at last.) But! We hit a snag (no ones fault) on the day and had to relocate the entire meet to another cafe. It worked out fine in the end, and we did manage to get to Dear Deer later for a different meet.  (coord post for that upcoming.)
