One of the highlights of my day was getting to ride in Boogie Baby while she dropped troopers. It was an experience of a life time and I can't thank Laura enough for making arrangements for me to get aboard. And thanks, Allison, for letting me borrow your jacket! You were right, it was a lot colder up there!

Met someone from England at Open Hangar day. If you missed Fall Open Hangar, plan to come in July. It really is an awesome day to spend learning about WWII and meeting vets who were actually there in the thick of it. There are also vets who served in Vietnam and Korea and their stories are worth hearing as well. It's an amazing event that we're blessed to have in Frederick.

It finally feels like fall and I won't be sweltering in my sweater by noon! Not even my 5 am alarm dulled this excitement. I didn't even go back to bed after dropping William off at the high school. I made a pot of coffee and enjoyed this lovely (albeit strong) fall breeze blowing in my window. :-D

I'm watching #Friends on #Netflix on my tablet and #joeytribbianithecat is trying to figure out where the sound is coming from. 😂 He paused it and then flipped it over. Who knew cat paws worked on touch screens.

Making fajitas and having a nervous breakdown like Ross did when he found out about Joey and Rachel. (Which I still pretend never happened. What were the writers thinking with that mess?!)
