Working under the Marketing department as a writer of propaganda. He brainstorms new angles for BL/Ind statements and adverts. Lives in an apartment alone above the Park in the shopping district. In his off time he raises resistance for the civilians of Battery City. Not Earnest, awkward and intellectual. Not very social in the slightest. He just is terrible at it. Presumed dead in the zones after a bad clap with an exterminator. Got taken in to re-education. Has one family member, a sister who he has a rocky relationship with, mainly because she thinks he’s dead.
In the zones he spent his time with a few different jobs, but was mainly known for publishing a zone newspaper “The daily Joy” and being a horrendous shot. Very bookish. Mommy issues.
Dark brown hair, olive green eyes, dimples and a scar running from his hairline, over his nose diagonally and stopping just above his upper lip. 6’0. Kinda goofy.
