I love this. I’m about to turn my entire life upside down- but for the better.

People say to “take the leap”... well... I am. I’m leaving a stable job where I’m making great money to pay for the home and family I have. It’s a great job with awesome benefits. But I’m so unhappy.

Two weeks from now, I’ll be working as a nursing assistant and have a part time job at chick fil a to help make ends meet. It’s scary as hell.

But honestly, I’m excited and I haven’t been this happy for such a long time. Even though I know this journey will be long and tough.

This time next year, I’ll be in nursing school. And my new company will help me pay for it- because I would never EVER have the opportunity to pursue that on my own.

I’m still nervous and scared shitless about these changes coming my way, but it’s also exhilarating. It’s like a breath of fresh air that I’ve needed.
