Oh man, don’t forget how Andrew was concerned about Nicky going back to his parents for dinner before Thanksgiving because Andrew knew it would be a lost cause. And then agreed to go because he hoped Nicky might finally accept and move on.

Or, how bluntly he defends Nicky whilst at said dinner.

Or, how before Andrew goes to Easthaven, he goes to check on Nicky to make sure he didnt hurt him after he reacted violently Nicky tried to hug him.

Or, like, the very reason he got put on his meds in the first place was because he was defending Nicky from a savage attack by four men that Andrew himself could have been seriously injured in.

Andrew is all about deals and equal trade and Nicky uprooted his whole happy life in Germany for him and asked nothing in return.
