i just randomly remembered why I used to be so afraid of dogs when I was little-

So I was at my grandmas house and I went to the backyard to play. My grandparents had a dog named abby and she was a pit bull mix. She jumps a lot and gets really excited when seeing people. So one day I got too close to her and she jumped on me making me fall onto the hard cement floor. This was a long time ago so I don't remember much but I'm pretty sure I got knocked out😭 all I remember is waking up and Abby being right there and I heard my grandma coming over to help me up.

I genuinely think that traumatized me and made me deathly afraid of dogs after that.

I'm not afraid of dogs anymore but I just thought of it now.
