“You’re very welcome” She smiled Brightly, He was Quite nice. and she was happy they were getting along so easily “I work with my mother in a castle back home. I would love to have a job like that! doing something you love and getting paid to do it…” it wasn’t something that was normal for someone in Carolines home to do what they want. “Its night to meet you” 

He wasn’t like most kids around here, he wasn’t born in a castle or from so far away land he was from a city. But he knew of the place his mother came from and has visited it over the years.  “I hope to someday if things work out” If it could be safe for him to go back and everything.  “It’s a lot of work too and most go to some sort of musical school all their life” he did for part of his but not all of it. “Lovely to meet you too”

“Their job? Why not have a personal one then?” She questioned, still not fully understanding. “Oh, I doubt you would ever need to drive! Maybe they would have sleigh rides here when it snows so that you can ride that?” Or he could have walked, but once it got colder, Marie doubted anyone would wish to do that. “Distract you? I do not understand. Do you love animals so? They are cute and you can meet my cat, if you like. She is rather boisterous despite her age,” she said. “We would have to find a way for you to sleep then, without all the noise. They have one of those boxes in your room that plays moving pictures, that could work. A CD? What is that? Hm. Sometimes I read to put me asleep, do you read?”

“Yeah they drive for a living, a few places run it so they can do it” he smirked. “Because you just say you need a ride and hwoever close gives you a ride so you never wait to long and it’s cheap”  he smiled he was to used to it to find it weird. “If I go back to where i am from I wont need too.” he didnt feel like he wanted too really. “I will have to look into it” he did hope they could have one here. “I like them a lot so nnothing else would get done “ he laughed.  “Oh cats are great always do fun” he smiled.  “Well it’s sort of ike that box but its this thing that plays music it’s veryh cool” he laughed. “I do but I don’t lik it to much really”

Maraget laughed “I could yes but I think fall will always be my favorite.” She smiled.

“Fall is nice, but I love snow it’s always so amazing to me” he smiled.

“It’s six oh five at night, but that sucks what happened to the watch?

“It’s beautiful But I find it quite hard during Winters’. Too bitterly cold.”

That’s why you wear lots of layers. I’ve been in some white-out storms and I’ve made it

“of course I’m sure” she smiled softly, feeling her cheeks flush when he brought the comment back to her. “thanks,” she said softly “Oh! we used to do that back home all the time when I was younger. we would bring stories to life in the library for our king and queen…” Caroline preferred to watch “Its sound like a lovely place to visit” She said with a nod “I’m Caroline by the way” 

“Well...thank you too then” he smiled. He was just hoping to make some good friends here. “King and Queen.... we just have a president but people do it for fun and for their job back were i am from” he smiled. “It’s something I always wanted to do really” be nodded “My names Gunner...”

“I think my eyesight is Perfectly fine” she laughed softly, she wasn’t one to compliments around or accept them Great but this was one time she had to say something “Understandable.” she said with a nod “Broad-way?” she tilted her head in confusion.   

“Are you sure because I’ve been told I have a boring face” he smirked “but you now have me beat” he smiled. She was pretty and he could see that easy. “Broadway...it’s this amazing thing you see people perform, and sing some amazing stories it’s ... so beautiful” he smiled.

“I’m close with my mother too. your father must be very handsome then if you take from him.” She smiled softly. “I’m sure there are others here with pets you can see, or the village might have a pet shop.” though she hadn’t visited much she noticed it when she did “Sounds Overwhelming, but exciting.” 

“She’s the best I think, but oh shh you may need to get your eyes checked I think” he didn’t think he was really a looker himself just average.  “Yeah I’ve heard but I would want them all so it’s best I don’t have any” he laughed. Gunner smiled for a moment. “it’s the best ... I miss it and they have this thing called Broadway I love it”

“That sounds fun, are you close with your mother?” she asked hoping she wasn’t prying in anything. “Really? I have a horse here at the palace, Hes been with me since I could ride. Big Cities? I’ve never been to one. What are they like?” 

“Very, even know they say I look more like my father...” he laughed. “I know I’ve heard and seen them so  they will do for now” he chuckled. “They are big and so much noise and people, buildings so tall you cant see the top too”

“Yes, exactly. Back home there are more people bustling about. The silence just feels unsettling, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. I’m sure there are people who enjoy the quiet.”

“I don’t think I can sleep like this... the quiet, the dark it’s not good. I need a lot of noise and lights to get by I think”

“I was sort of born singing my mom says I came out singing...” he joked. “I like animals....the outdoors but I love big cities too”
