o1. ‘ Grubby Little Hands ‘ which was first used when Nico && Aerith had met ended up being the Cetra’s nickname from then on. Despite Aerith’s protest on how she didn’t like it at all, the nickname did grow on her && was to the point where it would be used as a greeting as well whenever Aerith would go && visit Nico. The Cetra would occasionally give Nico an unamused look if ‘ Grubby Little Hands ‘ was used whenever any other individuals are around. 

How Nico acts towards Nero she does so towards Aerith, though the way she says things to Aerith usually rubs off as a friend to friend way or sibling figure way. 

During the events of DMC 5, the following dialogue was used:

o2. Nico is the one who made all of Aerith’s staves, which each individual one would help her out in fighting demons in some sort of way. ( i.e. some staves can cause severe damage to demons, due to what material it was made from ). Though all of the namings of each weapon is both agreed upon both parties. The ones that are personally named by Aerith are Prism Staff, Fairy Tale && Princess Guard. 

The stave called Umbrella/Parasol is the one that Nico made that could match with Aerith’s wardrobe or be used in everyday situations. That one is what Aerith prizes the most. 

Each stave is engraved with Nico’s handwriting which resides at the bottom with personal lettering of an A for Aerith’s initial.  

o3. If Aerith’s shop is closed for the day she would go && visit Nico. Usually, during her visits, Aerith would just sit back && watch her friend build more prosthetic arms for Nero. If not Aerith would drag Nico around town to either spend time outside of her van or just looking for materials. 

occasionally Aerith would gift Nico with some sort of angelic material, which is why some of the weapons Nico makes for Aerith personally has more of an angelic appearance. even to this day, Aerith refuses to tell her friend on how she has gotten her hands on said material. 

o4.   Aerith’s bond with Nico is one that she treasures the most. Despite how teasingly Nico is towards the Cetra ( or how she acts towards Nero in general ), is what she secretly enjoys. Aerith views her bond with the mechanic like that of a sibling bond. ( big sister/middle child ), it does fill up the empty void of being alone after Aerith’s foster mother had died. Though it was thanks to spending time with Nico, Aerith had all sorts of remarks. To the point where Nero mentioned towards Aerith that she is spending way too much time with Nico. 

Aerith has Nico’s number on speed dial as number one. if anything happens she is the first one to call.

I’ll be safe as long it doesn’t break. ❜

curiosity, a peer into a facet of the earth that's unseen otherwise.  the focal of her unrelenting gaze persists in its perusal, eyes every notch and element against sleek steel with a range of emotion at the front       particularly, a certain sense of wonderstruck.  “uh - huh.  it's nothin' close to what i've seen before, but i know a work of art when i see it,”  and, indeed, it is a work of art.  hallowed trove of metalwork, destined for the highest of esteem.  a piece like this is one she yearns to recreate, to capture that similar sentiment of safety, security.  but this specific line of thinking comes to pause ultimately, renounces her hearty stare in favor of scrutinizing the very person that bears ownership to such stunning work.  “she make it herself?   that kinda craftmanship doesn't come outta factories; no no.  that's someone with friggin' experience.”
