STRANGER DANGER.
She’s nipped out and away from her manager and sisters only for a moment or two, just to pick up a bar of chocolate because god, was she craving it. There was just something about the way that it melted in her mouth that drove her crazy for it. So there she stands, with her back to the door, bent slightly at the hip over a display of chocolate. White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, there was so much to choose from, how could she possibly choose one? The answer is, she doesn’t. Leaning further she picks out one of each until her arms are full and she can no longer carry anymore. That’s when someone begins to talk. At first she assumes it’s her manager “they’re for the staff..” she speaks quickly, lifting her gaze only to find out that she needn’t have. “I mean…” with a confused expression on her face, she shrugs, gesturing to how it would be quite difficult for her to take the note he offers. “my hands are kind of tied here mister.”
There’s ire sitting in the pits of his stomach, for once, his anger rather reasonable. Anyone would grow upset when they find their bike crushed in a heap of metal thanks to some careless driver. Honestly, he should not be surprised, considering the fact that this was South Korea. Drivers here were rather questionable and he often wondered how people were even issued a license to begin with. Even he knew how to drive better than most of the careless drivers he’s witnessed.
Realizing that the other was struggling with the contents in her hands, he stepped back before looking around. The boy disappears, leaving her where she stood before returning a minute or so later. “Here,” he offers, a basket hanging loosely at the crook of his elbow.
