MARCH TO MOUNT MAELSTROM - SATURDAY the 28th of September - 5PM GMT (6PM BST)

A while ago I said that I was going to be holding another event at the end of this month following August's Strike on Southsun. Well now you can find all of the details relating to the next event (March to Mount Maelstrom) above! 

Please be careful when clicking on the image if you're on a slowish connection; it's quite large!

Be sure to signal boost and like this if you're attending! We had a great turnout during August and I'd like for us to increase our numbers this time! You can also post here or upvote this too!

Once again, it's taking place on Gunnar's Hold - which is an EU server. This means that anyone in the EU can guest on over, since we're doing PvE. See this link for more information about guesting.

Needless to say, everyone is welcome so long as they can play nice with others. I've purposely opted not to tackle Tequatl because we would just be stuck changing through overflows all night. I haven't had the chance to check out the Megadestroyer since it got buffed and a skin change, so it should be a fun evening!

If we get to Mount Maelstrom and the volcano event isn't active yet, then we can still find a good few things to do in that zone to kill some time.

REMINDER: EU PvE Event 'Strike on Southsun' is TOMORROW!

Hullo!

I'm just posting this as a reminder of the forthcoming antics this Saturday!

Although we are meeting at 5PM GMT, Gunnar’s Hold has been experiencing some overflow issues early on a Saturday evening recently. This means that I highly encourage anyone to get there about 15 minutes early. We’ll be taking screenshots and the like for a good 10 minutes after 5PM and after that we’ll head on over to Southsun Cove via the asura portal after assigning people groups.

That means that if you get stuck in the Lion’s Arch overflow, you can simply wait for us over at Southsun - but you might miss out on being put in a squad and some delicious food!

Please also be aware that this is an EU only event because unfortunately the US can’t guest to Gunnar’s. :(

how long do these parties usually run?

Past parties ran for around 2-4 hours with people generally starting to leave around the 3 hour mark or so.
