Sigma finds Diana in the biotope garden, kneeling in front of a bush of white chrysanthemums and stargazer lilies. She rarely got up from bed these days; he was shocked to find her missing when he woke up in the middle of the night.
“It’s late,” he says, kneeling next to her and placing a hand gently on her back. Instinctively, he looked up to the sky, only to be met with the dome of the garden’s ceiling.
“I know,” she says, softly running the pads of her fingertips across the chrysanthemums. “I wanted to check on the flowers.”
