If this were a prank, it was an outstanding one to say the least. He couldn't believe how alike they were, just about everything was the same. They certainly were a master prankster, an award of the sorts would need to be handed out.

[ Headcanon 001 ]

Clay had moved from Korea to California was he was eight years old, and had problems with the English language when he first arrived. He was fluent in the language beforehand, but grammar and larger words were difficult for him. Seeing as how the language is extremely important not only to live comfortably in the area, but for his dream job as well, Clay would constantly study the language. He would pay attention to how people constructed their sentences when speaking, as well as take note of how things were structured in writing. By the age of thirteen, he was able to speak fluently, and even made decent grades in his English classes.
