I followed the directions and applied after my moisturizer had dried however it remains a little tacky under my eyes so I had to wait a little bit extra for it to dry so I can put on my make up. Honestly it goes on so smoothly and I was able to follow my regular routine, it had an almost immediate effects on the fine lines around my eyebrows and on my forehead. This product was a little heavy for me. I could not stop rubbing my lips together as I tried to get to sleep. My fiancé has big juicy make out lips though, and he said it worked very well for him.
