Separating the art from the artist. Yet, turns out the artist's life is great fertilizer.
Lover / Sun (poem)
You burn like the sun on Mediterranean beaches. Sweet like juice from freshly picked oranges. So vibrant. So refreshing. Everytime I touch you, I'm on a Sicilian beach. Everytime I touch you, we're tanning in the sun. Everytime I touch you the sun itself gets a little closer. Everytime I touch you the storm passes. You're the cure to every illness. For you, I'd seek immortality.
7-2 off suit (poem)
I was given a bad hand lord. I don't know if I should fold now or bet it all and lose some more.
7-2 off suit (poem)
I was given a bad hand lord. I don't know if I should fold now or bet it all and lose some more.
When the sun stops shining (poem)
We'll get into our cars. Get our lattes and cappuccinos. Stare at a computer until our eyes start to tear up. Grab lunch somewhere unhealthy. Go home. Walk the dog. Watch some shows. Fall asleep on the couch. Then maybe we'll have a drink.
Down the drain (poem)
I wish I could breathe well again. Old memories suffocate me more and more. It's not sadness nor pain. I'm simply ashamed. Every mistake I made. Every wrong choice. Now I know it didn't have to be like that. It never had to end like this. I cough. I cough. I cough. I can't cough it out. Going to wash my feet. Let it all go down the drain. I hope I'll be able to forgive myself someday.
The meaning of life (poem)
Stick your neck out, just for money, ain't the world just pretty funny. Starve yourself just for the looks, to look good in plastic suits. Run around in circles, that's the saddest thing is.
Fall(poem)
The river's current flows, to lose itself at sea. I think about the things downstream, that I wish were now to be.
Oh Lover(poem)
You warm my throat and burn
Too much of you is poison but
You make my stomach all tingly
You make everything so easy
Nothing is as bad now
Life seems okay, even in it's loneliness
Oh lover
Such a shame I have only a bottle of you
Walden (poem)
Life. Light. Bright. Pixels. Screens. Themes. Laughs. Screams. Wars. Bores. Food. Floors. Indoors. Adores. Coarse. Course. Jazz. Blues. Thinking. Thanking. Learning. Breaking. Feeling. Frying. Truth. Denying. Right. Wrong. Wrong. Long. Stark. Dark. Bright. Fight. Watch. Touch. Truck. Stuck. Big. Bang.
Death is (poem)
Death is gifs under Facebook posts. Death is people making it all about themselves. Death is sad audios. Death is your refusal to go to therapy. Death is pills. Death is no pills. Death is air. Death is no air. Death is fire. Death is ice. Death is glorious. Death is pathetic. Death is God, but God is dead. So death is nothing. Death is flowers wilting. Death is your lawn. Death is grasshoppers. Death is sun. Death is life. Death is ice cream. Death is pictures. Death is a word.
Ode to black cats (poem)
Small shadows blending into the nights sky. Crawling on rooftops observing you and I.
Forever judging with their eyes yellow glare. They don't feel hate, but we were told beware.
Bad luck or just knowledge. Tragedy of the old. Too much choices and you don't know what to think anymore.
Otherworldly creatures blending into the night's sky. They see you and they know you, but can't say, must deny.
Little dark creatures, tasting Eve's fruit before her, they knew all along, what we must now beware.
Can't sleep again so might as well write
I float on the waves of restlessness flowing through insomniac corridors of a sleepless mind. Waiting until artificial light and pure honest tiredness makes my eyes give out and paranoia gives way to the possibility of embracing cold hard sleep, which still won't last long. I await those feverish dreams. What will happen next. I'm scared of sleep. Honestly. What if my little death stops being little, and I'll never know. Won't say my goodbyes. Won't give last kisses. I pray to God he exists or he's going to have to deal with a very angry customer.
Overthinking (poem)
Tried to go to sleep? Not possible. If it had been so easy, I'd go out for a long walk at midnight. But the shadows seem longer and the lights dimmer. Maybe just meditate? Can't get away from the rush. Stare at your phone for the next 2 hours? That'll do it.
(our) life of a cigarette
Breathe in. Breathe out. Couple of times and you're gone. Make the taste remain.
Depression and other mental disorders(poem)
I love life. The sunshine on my skin. The air in my lungs. The rusty tastes from running. The waking up sensation of burning yourself on the oven crate. But holy hell does live have a way of testing you.
Modernity (poem)
One pill for a headache. One pill for backpain. Glasses for bad eyesight. Crutches for broken legs. Bandages for wounds. Coffins for the dead. Cigarettes for the noise. A cold drink for it being pointless.
