My personal impression for each voice of Regis
Eng!Regis (cv. Mark Noble)
dignified/graceful/feels like somewhat tired
obviously soft-toned yet there's a slight rasp in the voice at the end
He's goodโฆ I don't know how they directed him but he's not only very rich in the scenes but also outstanding for like conveying pain or humor
in the mid-range among these three(slightly higher than Eng!Geralt?)
full of friendly feeling like a dear old friend
my favorite(for this is my first impression of him after all)
Pol!Regis (cv. Jan Frycz)
dignified so much can't even guess his real age
solid and clean like a well-fined diamond
smoothly spoken; I find myself relaxed listening to him for a while and I'll be sleeping peacefully while someone like him cuts my hair
a creature of such immense erudition and old aged beyond compare -> the gap between the natural form and disguised one is most large
woah I didn't expected him to have this deep voice he must be the lowest among the whole Witcher casts;;;
dynamic that makes Geralt look like a greenhorn
less side of Regis' nerdic character(I wish I could come up with a better term than this) and more of his professional one
Kor!Regis (cv. ์ด๊ท์ฐฝ)
similar to Eng!Regis for his soft and slightly raspy voice
like other Korean voice actors there're factors that are reflected in the scene's circumstances or actions here and there. even though it's my mother language he sounds balanced enough for me to immerse immediately
the highest range among these three
basically he sounds like he can't hide he's a good guy which makes it easier to grow fond of him
his mischief and jests feels like he is comfortable around Geralt
a few lines are not translated well ใ
