I’m tired, overwhelmed and I just want to sleep

Hi, mun here. Just wanted to first apologize to the people I’ve started a rp with, for the past month and a half I’ve been at school and I’m really out of my depth here. I’m in a dorm, and I have to do A LOT of walking to get to classes, and the city life is just like going fast all the time and I’m barely keeping up. I’m like crawling now to keep up. So it’s really had right now to do any rp’s and I’m really sorry for starting some and all that.

Um maybe when there is a break in this semester will i get back on here...but for now I’ll prob be like a ghost on here sometimes just reblogging shit, again I’m really sorry to the ones I’ve started or have been rping with, I never imagined how life in the city and dorm would be like this for me. I’m also in and out of grieving for my cat who died last month. It was very sudden and traumatic so to top that on this somewhat scary position I’m in as a college student you can imagine the struggle I’m going through.

But only time will tell when I get the hang of it all. Any case I just wanted to say all this and just give the 411.

In a couple of hours I will have to put down our family cat. Keanu age 16 traits: cranky old man, sometimes a little shit, loves chewing on plastic. I fucking love this guy and if you told me a few months ago that this year would be the last year ww get to be with him….i would have done so much more with him. I didn’t or won’t take pictures of him right now while he is so ill, in pain and miserable. It would be to selfish to try and get him better and only delay the inevitable. Worst part isn’t just putting him down but the absence of him at home which i took for granted. The internet could change next week, and not in a good way

You may have heard about the efforts in Europe to reform copyright law. The debate has been ongoing in the European Parliament for months. If approved next week, these new regulations would require us to automatically filter and block content that you upload without meaningful consideration of your right to free expression. 

We respect the copyrights and trademarks of others, and we take all reports seriously to ensure that your creative expression is protected. We make this clear in our Community Guidelines. There’s already a legal framework that works and is fair: Today we take down posts and media that contain allegedly infringing content when we receive a valid DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown request. We also provide clear-cut ways for people to fight back if they believe their removed content was not a true violation. These instances are monitored and reported and live in our biannual transparency report. 

The suggestion to use automated filters for issues of copyright is short-sighted at best and harmful at worst. Automated filters are unable to determine whether a use should be considered “fair use” under the law and are unable to determine whether a use is authorized by a license agreement. They are unable to distinguish legitimate parody, satire, or even your own personal pictures that could be matched with similar photographs that have been protected by someone else. We don’t believe that technology should replace human judgment. Tumblr is and always has been a place for creative expression, and these new regulations would only make it harder for you to express yourself with the freedom and clarity you do so now.

Diana panted slightly but broke no sweat as she looked at the other with a slight nod, “Yeah, well I have a habit of shocking people.” Standing up she began to carefully walk over, “Who are you anyway? Why were you around during the…mishap.” It was kinda a sore spot to her whenever she ‘lost’ which may or may not happen a lot for the scientist.

Sometimes the bad takes over more then the good leaving her in sticky situations literally. She finally got onto her designated rooftop that had most of her weapons.

Diana groaned at the prospect she didn’t like when people made her job harder and most importantly she hated running. Still, she found herself dashing for the top of the roof, but she knew she needed to be faster if there was a chance to catch the other. As risky as she was she decided to get frustrated, as she ran her dark brown orbs formed to a golden hue. With the increased speed of a wolf’s, she made it to the top of the roof. Now she hoped she didn’t miss the stranger. The last thing she needed was to have someone else with helpful information to get away.

Don’t you hate it when you make a costly mistake

So i stupidly parked in a parking lot that was for only residence to use and got my car towed. Not gonna lie at first I thoutht someone might have stolen it now I kinda wish they did cause to get it back cost $218.50 that I don’t have. So if anyone can spare some money, I’m also open to give artwork as well. But please I need help my family uses my car and I need it for work as a catering driver.
