Hey ya'll, time for a Mystery Skulls Animated Update.

Apologies for missing last month as some things were getting in the way of having that update out.

First things first: the Makeship campaign we mentioned happening last month was held back, but we believe that should be launching this July on the 24th. We've got a shirt and a Glow In The Dark Deadbeat plush lined up, so we'll let everyone know when that goes live.

This month's update is from the intro section, where we see a familiar illustration from the previous video created by Purpah, creator of Suitor Armor. Go support her over at Vgen and Bluesky.

Hey ya'll! Apologies for not having a Mystery Skulls Animated update last month, as there was some family related issues to take care of. However, we've got some pretty exciting news in store for this update.

One of our most long standing issues is finally complete! After all this time we can finally say we have finished all of our background art! The monthly image included is one of said finished backgrounds!

For the longest time background art has been something of a thorn in our side, so having that out of the way is a huge source of relief. At this point, we're still plugging away at Post Production and the last remaining special effects, but we're getting closer and closer to that finish line. While we're not quite yet ready to publicly state some sort of expected release date, we think we have a fairly decent idea of when that may be!

- Merch Update -

June 5th, we'll be working with Makeship again! This time around, the Deadbeat plush will be returning so if you missed out on them the first time around, you'll have a second chance. Also, this time they're Glow In The Dark! We'll also be introducing a new stylish Deadbeat T-shirt to go along with it! We'll go into more details when the time comes, so if you're in the market for some Deadbeat goods, keep an eye out.

To end the year, we're posting a tearful, yet determined Vivi! What's been going on with me?

Hello, it's been at least a very long time since I posted anything sincere on here. I just wanted to let you know that I'm doing fine and I apologize a lot for going missing. Stuff has been taking a toll on me as I'm currently trying to pass my exam to get myself a medical coding job. There are a few things I want to point out. First and mainly is the Mystery Skulls Animated fanfic I've been trying to write for years. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I'll ever get to it as I haven't been in the mood to keep it alive. The plot I've been trying to make has been confusing and out of line which is why I never got around to finish it.

Though I have been working on other projects in the meanwhile though they aren't much. I've been working with an Httyd idea lately I wanted to try out. The only issue for me is that I hadn't watched any of the movies and shows except for the first one which was years ago. I wanna see if I can write one without knowing the lore much (Mostly the dragon knowledge). If anything else comes up, I'll see about posting more on here. Hope your day is well!

Before October, I did a small project with my family's support, and I was able to sell several copies of these figures as fan-stickers at conventions in October.

The Mystery Skulls fan group in Ecuador is small, but I managed to get in touch with them, and they loved these models! I'll make more in the future…

The Guayaquil Budokan 2025 was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to make reference to an iconic character, "Vivi Yukino," from my hometown. I was the only one representing the fandom, apparently, but there were people who recognized the beauty of this wonderful franchise. I also had the opportunity to sell my MSA stickers, and I'll upload the models soon for you to appreciate!
