A change of names! (In fallen london)
Decided to go treat myself this christmas, be a little spontanious and purchased a wee bit of fate (for the first time!!!).
When I first made my title, I had not realised that username and present name were. Different. And now I had my username (that I use everywhere for ease of access) in a very silly location.
I can only hope some nerd doesn't impersonate me but! I am now officially:
The Janus-Faced Journalist!!!
When I was first settling on a character I really liked the phrase janus faced, since it fitted with my whole vibe, and well, I really liked being a journalist (a correspondant can still pen books and write newspapers no?) AND when the descriptor update happened and janus was mentioned I was like :O, it must be fate (tm).
So! Here we are!!!
Now, my 2nd micro transaction ever (Also in fallen london) is to get something silly called scortched by the sun. Why? Well it's what I went seeking for in the first place (it seemed fun) + Listen. Listen. If your character is one who's wanted to see the sun again, and literally did as much as they could to do so, then gets burnt by it once they visit again? Owch, y'know? I must torment my goober a little.
