On the second night of practicing positive affirmations and mindfulness consistently, a spirit in the form of a blue orb came to me in a dream and said without speaking “keep going”. So I kept writing positive affirmations and practicing mindfulness and feeling my heart swell like a balloon, about to burst with compassion and understanding for my Self/everyone/everything. A few bliss-filled weeks passed by. Before falling asleep one night I asked to be shown something I would find meaningful in a dream. As I closed my eyes, and became aware that I was dreaming I noticed a blue orb of peaceful energy in front of me. As soon as I saw it, I knew it could take on the form of anything I wanted, it just so happened that a calm blue orb of energy, the size of a grapefruit, was most pleasant to me in that moment. It asked me telepathically if I wanted to experience something. I responded, “yes” without speaking, as an eager but relaxed nod. Before I knew it I experiencex myself as a yellow-orange autumn leaf falling, slowly and peacefully to the ground. Before I touched the ground I was the sound of a child’s laughter that traveled to the forest where a wild fire grew. I became the smoke that over looked the cities. I was a bird flapping my strong and gentle wings above the smoke-fillled air. I was a paint brush painting pictures in the canvas of someone’s imagination. I was a heart beating. I was blood, pumping through veins. I was the rocks sleeping at the bottom of a river. I was the river water flowing out to sea. I was the earth, the moon, the stars and galaxies. I was nestled within one’s deepest fears and desires and the will to choose my focus between them. I was everything and everything was me and I could experience anything I wanted depending on where my focus was.
I’m still dreaming. I am experiencing my Self as a human being called Julie, with many labels: mother, daughter, friend, lover, student, teacher, artist, writer. Underneath all of that, I am the same as you and everything: I AM.
Heaven and Hell is a choice.
I choose Heaven and I see that there is nothing wrong with Hell.
