the transition from carmy being the one learning alongside luca while working under chef terry to him being the one giving orders to his peers including luca is so bittersweet, you really start to understand their friendly rivalry and why so many people are inspired by him, his work ethic alone in this first episode is so beautiful and such a fun watch overall

hi cae !! yes Iāve read tokrev too many times to count hehe, itās been my favorite manga/anime since I started reading it back when I was in like high school I think! some other mangas I keep up with? hmm Iāll be honest, I havenāt kept up with many because of uni BUT I love soul eater (itās my all time favorite anime & I have a tattoo of it), I havenāt read part two but chainsaw man is one Iāve been reading for a long time, jjkās manga Iāve read a bit of but Iām not caught up with the anime unfortunately, and I really want to read/watch blue lock!
