I’ve seen this enough that I hate that this kind of thing is necessary.
I don’t hate minors. I get that you’re at that stage where you begin to explore your sexuality and sex ed is a thing at the same time. I was a minor once. I get that. But please, if you’re going to make sexual content, please wait until you’re 18 to show them in a public space or any other space that can be accessed by any adult. If you do not wait, you are not only putting yourself at risk, but putting every adult that listens to your audios at risk of being legally investigated.
Doing some research, I found such content is subject to U.S. federal laws regarding child prostitution. “But, why child prostitution?” I hear you asking, “I’m not being carted from state to state and being forced into sexual situations. That’s ridiculous!” Well, let me cite the aforementioned link’s definition of child prostitution.
This statute makes it a federal offense to knowingly recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, or maintain a minor (defined as someone under 18 years of age) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that the victim is a minor and would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act.
As you can see, federal law defines a minor as anyone under 18. Because this is a federal crime, state and local laws on age of majority do not matter.
“Commercial sex act? But, I’m not making anything off my voices. I’m just making them for enjoyment!” Well, let’s look at the next definition.
“Commercial sex act” is defined very broadly to include “any sex act, on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.” In other words, it is illegal both to offer and to obtain a child, and cause that child to engage in any kind of sexual activity in exchange for anything of value, whether it be money, goods, personal benefit, in-kind favors, or some other kind of benefit. Section 1591 also makes it a crime for individuals to participate in a business venture that obtains minors and causes them to engage in commercial sex acts.
Notice those two words: personal benefit. So, even if you’re not making money or some other trade for your voices, even if it’s just to turn others on, it’s still illegal because that is considered a personal benefit.
“Obtain? But, I’m not meeting any of these people in person!” Okay, let’s keep reading…
Section 2422(b) makes it a crime to use the U.S. Mail or certain technology, such as the Internet or the telephone (whether mobile or a land line), to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce a minor to engage in prostitution or any other illegal sexual activity. For example, it is a federal crime for an adult to use the mail, a chat room, email, or text messages to persuade a child to meet him or her to engage that child in prostitution or other illegal sexual activity. Under this statute, it is not necessary to prove that either the defendant or the victim crossed state lines.
So, you don’t have to be physically present to be “obtained”. All that is required is you provide the audios somewhere.
And I’ve mentioned this in my previous post about minors in adult spaces, but this cannot be stressed enough:
If you are lying about your age, cut it the fuck out.
The moment you turn 18, your lying WILL come back to bite you. As an adult, finding out the person behind the content I enjoyed is underage is super uncomfortable. Finding out they were lying about their age makes me downright sick. The adults who are cool with it are in the minority. The rest have to deal with the weight of knowing they dodged legal bullets they didn’t know were there. That is not a pleasant feeling at all, as the legal penalties are severe and will ruin our lives.

I don’t care if you’re really mature for your age. Maturity doesn’t matter.
