The "origin story" of it all: I increasingly feel like none of the socials I currently occupy (and/or avoid) are a good "fit" for me, so to speak, in their current forms, iterations, algorithms, and incentives.

Hearing such laments time and time again (and again and again and...), Dear Husband one day was like "ya know, I think you might like Tumblr; I think that has the unhinged energy you're looking for" and proceeded to show memes to this effect backing up his point to a most thorough degree 😆
