I dont get people saying its much more disturbing than megan is missing. Megan is missing was still more coherent and disturbing and horrifying than whatever august underground was. Disturbing for thr sake of it.

Edit: i watched the Poughkeepsie tapes too, still better than august underground. Like i wouldnt say more disturbing with the visuals but Definitely better flow+plot. Like you have an anchor that makes it look like a movie instead of a snuff film. Even the perpetrator disturbed me more than in august underground where i was just annoyed at how shitty the dudes are. The last scene with cheryl made me pity her like a lot. Its a good movie, decent i would say. But still

Dont watch august underground unless you just want gorey corn.

Another edit: Like august underground is such a shitfest literally. There is NOTHING to anchor the story, NOTHING thats driving the "plot" forward.
