The narc will literally MAKE LIES UP ABOUT THEIR TARGET, in order to launch a pre-emptive cast of aspersion to taint (manipulate) his audience to view the target in a way that discredits anything they say. Worse...the narc will often take small pieces of truth and combine them with utter lies to coerce the desired response out of their audience.

Skilled actors, eliciting emotion from fawning parasites. Overjoyed when they are believed and highly fascinated with their ability to get one over on people; the more, the better.
