If ordering a pre-made item, I will ship your product as soon as your payment clears. If it clears after business hours, I will ship it the following business day.Â
If it’s a custom order and all supplies are in stock, please allow up to two business days for it to ship(after payment clears). If some or all items are not in stock, but are available for purchase, please allow approximately 7-14 business days(after payment clears) for your item to ship.
♦♦♦SHIPPING & HANDLING♦♦♦Â
The minimum S&H charge in the US for most of my creations is $3.00(this is an average if buying through email or through my Facebook page) and can vary slightly depending on weights; all prices are subject to change.Â
Also, if you order multiple items, the shipping charge can be slightly smaller through email or my Facebook page since shipping set up options on this website is limited to exact adjustment.Â
The minimum in: Canada is $4.00, Mexico is $5.00 and most other International areas is $10.00.Â
Also, I will ship your item to the mailing address that is included in your Paypal account, whether it is verified or not(unless you specify otherwise, before I have shipped out your creation). If you don’t have an address listed, only then will I contact you via email or Facebook to get it.Â
♦♦♦REFUNDS♦♦♦
If you never receive your item(after a timely manner, up to 30 days) I can only do refunds if you have delivery confirmation. This can easily be added to your order for a minimum of $1 more, AT YOUR REQUEST.
If you received a damaged item I will gladly do everything I can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction through email or Facebook. I definitely want to be sure to please all of my customers so that they may come back! :)

For custom orders that require more adjustments to them, other than what's listed with each item on this site, Â please email me via the Contact Me tab to the left of this page or message me on Facebook(message tab is under my cover photo on my fan page). After placing your order, we will iron out the details(pricing, when your product will be ready to ship, etc.) through Facebook private message or through email(which ever you prefer).Â
Please be aware that most of my items are made to order, so they may not look exactly like the ones pictured. Prices will usually be cheaper if you order through email ([email protected]) or my Facebook page, and still pay either via paypal or by a check or money order in the mail.Â
