So I finally ended up landscaping my damn town. Equipped with these adorable dirt road patterns, recycling the old stone ones i used to use, silver axes, my trusty shovel, and a ton of sprouts and saplings, Hana Lee is looking more beautiful than ever! Andrew certainly earned his stripes today with his hard work!

Demitri’s House- Part 2

Part 1

Left- Demitri’s main role is chef/caretaker, so naturally I wanted to give him a souped up kitchen! Tons of food being prepped, 2 fridges and 2 stoves because of how much food he prepares daily and a double table with 8 chairs so the whole family can sit down and eat! (99 done, just need a few more food items and another table with cloth.)

Right- Rosebud cafe! It might be a tad girly for him, but I’ve seen a LOT of cafe room examples and wanted to try out my own! It has plenty of food out to choose from, a dessert case, and even a kitchen counter where kids can eat! We even have a cafe pooch~!

Upstairs- The WA update gave us a lot of great plant/garden items, and I really wanted to do something with them! Here we have his rooftop garden with a gorgeous view of the nearby mountains. Includes an outside dining area, swinging chair, and puppies playing by the faucet! There is also a garden guardian fairy.

That wraps it up for my housing displays for now! I really want to look into getting HHD to see what else I can create!

Demitri’s House- Part 1

Part 2

Main- I wanted to do more with greenery than I did with Dante’s house, so I used Demitri’s house to try and reflect that! The potted plants in his main room with the ivy wall gave it just the effect that I wanted, also pairing nicely with the brick of the fireplace and the wood of the refurbished modern wood series. He loves to play the piano as well! There is also a sign that leads to his cafe, which you can see in part 2.

Back- Demi is a quiet soul who loves to read, so I gave him a cozy studying area, yes with another fireplace as well as some works of art, and more plants! He also has a harpsichord for when he is still in a musical mood, but craving a different sound.

Arle’s House- Part 2

Part 1

Basement- Ahhh, yes, my cosplay studio! I have a real love for sewing, and wanted to reflect that in my game! (As well as a great way to show off my favorite outfits.) It has all 4 of my dressed mannequins, clothes displayed on both the floor and wall, a magazine rack meant to look like a pattern library, a loom, two sewing machines, a computer, and of course, being a basement, my server in the corner lol. Ice lamp crystal is there because I like to have my quartz on the windowsill in my room where I sew IRL.

Left- I was generously donated a 7-11 set by my friend in Japan, and I’ve been futzing with it since! There’s new items out now that I hope to get! I mainly keep it like this because of the convenience of having my own ABD in my house.

Arle’s House- Part 1

Part 2

My own house finally, yay! I have 4 rooms complete so far.

Main- I originally had the blue astro set in my house before adding it to Dante’s as well, with mine trying to be more of a penthouse-type room with the cityscape wall, one of my favorites since its introduction in Wild World. I proudly display Ankha and Fang’s photographs, as they are my favorite villagers. I put up the Jolly Roger flag on the wall, just like we have in my living room IRL!

Back- So, sadly, I can’t take credit for this design. I found this while looking for room inspiration, and took heavily from that, just wanting a really clean and pristine room. May still change up a few things to make it more my own!

Andrew’s House- Part 1

He only has 3 rooms complete.

Main- He really loves red/black, and the refurbished exotic series was PERFECT for that. We got the whole set, as well as some Asian inspired food items from the update, red tasseled lanterns, genuine art that also reflects the Eastern aesthetic, and a few other random gold items.

Right- I really enjoy all the food items that were added, and now that they’re more accessible, I wanted to express my love of food with a restaurant themed room! Still keeping with the red/black/gold theme, this inspiration is loosely based on Gusteau’s from Ratatouille.

Back- Andrew’s moon temple! Still looking to get some additional items for this room, but I really love the lunar horizon, aurora screens, and galaxy floor! It’s just a really peaceful room.

Dante’s House- Part 2

Part 1

Basement- I was really pleased with a lot of the new items from the WA update, especially the large monitors you can get from linking your HHD game! This was perfect for his research lab, which also includes study space, medical equipment, a small chemistry station, and of course, his lifeblood, coffee! (He is a messy messy man.)

Upstairs- This was actually the first room of his I completed, his greenhouse! What good is a laboratory and a pharmacist’s degree if you don’t have a place for your medicinal plants? Features (almost) every plant available from Leif, as well as fans, “heat” lights, and a jungle floor/wall.

Dante’s House- Part 1

So, I decided to start documenting the finished rooms in each of my villager’s houses! We’ll start with Dante. He has 4 of his 6 rooms complete.

Main- I really liked the aesthetic of the blue refurbished Astro items, so I paired that with the crystalline look of two ice lamps, as well as some other assorted items from the Welcome Amiibo update!

Back Room- I’ve not yet written about Dante’s backstory on my main blog, but it deals primarily with Angels vs. Demons, so I decided to make one of his rooms into a decrepit temple-like room, with a genuine Valliant statue on one side with the angel wings, and a forged one opposing it with the demon wings. Modified stained glass windows and assorted pillars tied it all together! This was originally in the basement, but I moved it when I turned his basement into a lab, which you can see in part 2!
