two new songs of ours are out into the world today. beauty/bends: and indian summer. i wrote beauty/bends: one night on tour. it's an apology to someone i was very close to at one point. there are no grand plans behind it, i just wanted to say sorry. thank you to Spotify for featuring it on new music friday. indian summer is my take, as an east coast man, on los angeles...a city that i still do not know what to make of. it's about a woman too. you know how it is. you can listen, however you like, here:

we recorded our cover of brand new colony first because it's a beautiful song...but second to warm up to our first record...a record we are now knee deep into the making of. the response to the cover has been a wonderful surprise. thank you all. and thank you to Spotify for including brand new colony on #newmusicfriday in seven different countries. we're grateful.
