It's funny how almost everyone else is losing hope in Duncney but I'm more confident than ever that they'll reunite. Remember how the Gwuncan breakup seemed surprised except to those who noticed all the little signs in the first 4 episodes that their relationship was rocky? Similary Duncey reuniting will be absurd to everyone except us who's noticed all the small details. This is the season of plot twists and I would not be surprised if Duncan and Courntey have an indirect moment in the next episode or two.

I have mixed feelings about this latest episode.

-On one hand I'm glad no character knows the entire Kate/Derek story (I have this headcanon that it'll be a secret taken to their graves). But on the other hand I want us viewers to know their story (since I want people to shut up about Kate when they don't now the whole story).

-I'm not sure how to feel about Kate not being Derek's first love. On one hand it sorta evens out their life experiences more but on the other hand Derek falling for Kate is a little less poetic.

-Now people are accusing Kate of preying on a heartbroken boy. But Derek is at least fifteen (and probably older) when Karek happens so they'll have to drop the statutory rape accusation.
