- 1.5oz blue curacao

- 1oz vodka

- 1oz acid adjusted pineapple juice

- 0.5oz simple

- dash orange bitters

- shake, serve!

Monkey Ball Cocktail:

- 1.5oz spiced rum

-1oz irish whiskey

- 0.75oz creme de banane

- 0.5oz simple

- dash chocolate bitters

- stir, serve!

Farewell Celeste Cocktail:

- 2oz normal gin

- 0.75oz strawberry syrup

- 0.75oz genepy

- juice of one lime

- shake, serve!
