Time heals!
Time does make it easier to deal with the anguish. I have opened myself to love myself more, and to be a little selfish. I am treating myself as a priority.
In order to save others, you must save yourself first!

For the past 6 consecutive days, I have been challenged mind body and soul by a manual job; I have to make my ends meet. Everyday, I have wanted to quit and give up but those are not options. It has almost broken me, but I have kept going.
This is a gateway to greater things ahead.
32 days later...
I have been through it for the past 30+ days. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions, anxiety, depression, rejections, and in the same breathe, there have been moments of clarity.
I am on a healing journey, and I am loving it. I am learning to be patient, and to trust the process.
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” - Lao Tzu
Another day
I had a Tarot reading on Sunday, and it has some information that did not settle well with me. I really wanted this one to work, like really work. My heart is broken.
At this point, I am conflicted and at the same time ease.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Heartbroken, but free.
Take a chance at happiness
This has been resonating with me of late. I want to step out of the current situation but I don’t know what is holding me back.
I need to leave, and blossom somewhere else.
Longtime, no see!!!
I am back, and I am ready to push forward.

Palm Sunday lesson
@JoelOsteen: That betrayal wasn’t sent to stop you, it was sent to push you. Shake off the self pity & get ready for new doors to open.
Chapati.
The smell was so nostalgic; it reminded me of my mum’s cooking, her love and her caring heart.
A healthy 2015
Express gratitude Eat breakfast Exercise for 20 minutes Eat moderately portioned, balanced meals Drink 8 cups of fluid Take regular, short breaks away from your desk Snack lightly every 4 hours Keep a consistent bedtime
I feel so under appreciated 😪😪

Worst work day, 2014.
Sigh!!
Today I don't feel like studying. I don't like this feeling at all. Anyway,, on an unproductive Sunday, I might as well do something constructive. sigh!
