I remember this episode of The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, but I totally forgot just how expressive and “off-model” the characters appeared in this episode. They looked so good that I had to take a bunch of pics!

I learned to appreciate character design more after the mid-2010s began, given how Cartoon Network Studios’ output–not only tight Korean animation but also less expressive characters with simpler construction–is come to be.
