“I don’t know that I would believe you. Unless you were albino, but, your eyes aren’t blue, so I’m going to guess you aren’t. I mean, I know I’m blond, but I’ve never seen someone so blonde their hair is white.” Westley crossed his arms, leaning his head to the side and examining her as though he’d see the roots of her hair.
"Now you have."
This was the first conversation she had in ages that wasn't weighed down with the events of the past. Talking to a human was a rare occurrence for her and it was even more rare that the conversation had nothing to do with death.
It was nice. Unnerving but nice.
“Hey, hey, relax. I was just going to compliment you on your hair. It’s a nice look, I like it. I didn’t mean to seem creepy or anything.” Westley lifted up his hands in a peaceful gesture, smiling easily at her, “It just looks very good.”
"Mmmm."
So he could see her. That was odd, but not impossible. Stranger things have happened.
"Would you believe me if I told you it was natural?"
"What the hell are you looking at?"
She didn't expect him to respond, but her question was genuine. Either he could see her for some odd reason, or he was staring at a wall.
Paradox: Death
Prologue
The universe was created on the foundation that all life (energy) is renewable, replacable, and highly valuable. This goes for all life, whether it be human or sentinel. All energy has a purpose, but all energy can be destroyed and or replaced.
However, there are those whose soul purpose is to protect life and it’s value. Whether it be a neighbor, a pet, a little boy, or even God itself.
But keep in mind, everything dies… everything ends.

The boy was eight years old. His hair was a dark curly brown, long enough for the ends to block his cerulean eyes. He was a typical eight year old boy. He loved soccer and reading and he had a pet golden retriever named Charles that he liked to dress up as a butler and order around (although he never listened).
His name was Miles Scholl and on May 6, 2003, he died.
Or at least that’s what was supposed to happen.
"Busy."
