My goal in life is to be one of those people who are just light. You see them and you suddenly feel so warm inside and all you want to do is hug them. And they look at you and smile with the warmest light in their eyes…. and you love them. maybe not in a romantic way but you just want to be close to them and you hope some of their light transfers onto you.

I just want to remind people that your brain is really like a garden, don’t plant seeds of negativity because that shit will grow, I’ve been practicing heavily on my own self love lately for a some months now and being positive, I’ve definitely seen an improvement on my mental state. Don’t give up, give it a try, drink water, you can’t feed plants soda or juice, that shit will die, it was made for you. Say one thing you like about yourself every day. Write down some goals. Try to be consistent, if you fuck up, that’s okay, start over. You got it
