Never apologize for being sensitive or emotional. Let this be a sign that you’ve got a big heart and aren’t afraid to let others see it. Showing your emotions is a sign of strength.

Hello my wonderful followers =]
Yikes, I haven’t been on here in over a year. In all this time I had a major life change that has disrupted my life, caused me to have a massive relapse and has really changed me. I’ve gone through so many emotions, it’s been intense that I feel like I’m a different person, not o sure whether it’s a good thing yet, I don’t feel strong enough within myself to say I feel any better. However I’m not going to go into anything here, I want to try and keep this space as positive as possible and don’t feel like sharing any sensitive information publicly, so if you have any questions please just private message me.
Otherwise I’m finally starting to feel like I can do things again, small things nonetheless but it’s something. I’ve picked up a few new hobbies to engage my mind which I’ll start sharing on here soon. I want to get back on here to share ways in which can help people recover, whatever their recovery may be. I’ve found creative therapy to help a considerable amount at calming the mind and keeping my hands busy. As well as exercise and generally getting out of the house whenever I can.
I will be doing some re-arranging on my blog to include the new things I have been taking part in and making it more personal. Hope to hear from some of you soon.

One-Pan Enchilada Pasta
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 of a small onion, diced
1.25 pounds of taco seasoned ground turkey meat or 1.25 pounds of lean ground beef and packet of low-sodium taco seasoning
2 cups of low-sodium chicken broth
1 19oz can of red enchilada sauce
8oz (about 2 1/2 cups) of dried rotini pasta
2 cups of freshly shredded Colby Jack cheese
green onions
black olives
Directions:
In a large skillet or sauté pan, sauté garlic and onions in olive oil over medium low heat until softened.
Add ground turkey meat and cook, breaking meat up with a wooden spoon until browned.
Once turkey meat is cooked through, add pasta, chicken broth and enchilada sauce to pan.
Bring to a boil, then reduced heat to low and cover.
Cook on low, with pan covered for about 15 minutes.
Then remove lid and let simmer for additional 5 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce has reduced.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of cheese.
Top pasta with additional cup of cheese and melt under broiler for a minute or tow, or place lid back on pan and let heat from the pasta melt the cheese.
Garnish with black olives and green onions.

last time I looked at this it had 30,000 notes. Looks like it has come a long way, this is one of my favorite posts tho, I have this hanging on my fridge at my house.
Post workout molten chocolate chia oats topped with banana, chocolate granola, melted chocolate coconut peanut butter, half a chocolate brownie quest bar and a few dairy free chocolate pieces.

how the fuck is this healthy
It’s just oatmeal which is healthy, protein powder which is healthy, banana is healthy, peanut butter is healthy, half a quest bar is healthy. The only “bad” thing about this is the chocolate granola and I only used 2 tablespoons and like 3 pieces of vegan chocolate.
Carb and sugar city. No no!
Carbs aren’t bad and god forbid I have ONE breakfast with a little extra sugar. If you don’t like it why would you reblog it
Should have said it better! Did not mean to offend! Your breakfast would have been perfect with a good cup of coffee. But with the obesity problem in the States we cannot enjoy this. I might be able too after losing 60 lbs! It looks so goood! Have a better day!
THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. YOU FOR REAL THINK EATING NOTHING IS GOOD FOR YOU? YOU FOR REAL THINK EATING THIS IS GOING TO MAKE YOU GAIN 30lbs OF FAT EVERYWHERE ON YOUR BODY?!
Goodness gracious. That looks amazing, by far ‘healthier’ than what most people call breakfast these days. Most important meal of the day, babes, you need something FULL of energy and diverse nutrients… Like this one.
jesus fucking christ just when i thought i was starting to mellow out in my old age, this brought the rage right back.
My god this looks amazng, and I bet it tastes it too. This reminds me off my Chocolate, Banana, Peanut Butter Smoothie I make (I found it from Tara Stiles =P )
My ED is not a choice, but recovery is!
