Leidcchysep & Trupfye are the biological (& deadbeat) parents of Kafziel.

Ms. Morningstar adopted Kafziel in 78█ B.C.E. after he was left on the doorstep of her home in the Kingdom of Hadhramaut. Ms. Morningstar took Kafziel under her wing, raising him. Due to his unique biology, Kafziel took long to grow into adulthood. He stayed as a child and teen until the late 2000s C.E. when he had his first 18th birthday.

Agent Cox came into Kafziel's life in the mid-late 90s when Ms. Morningstar finally introduced her to Kafziel. By this time, Dr. Morningstar had far already known about Kafziel and was teaching them how to live on their own alone in a forested area. Agent Cox and Kafziel formed a decent mother-son relationship.

Kafziel is really close with Dr. Morningstar and goes to it sometimes when it has problems.

Kafziel doesn't know that Trupfye is his biological parent and praises them like a deity (which they are but shh). His prayers were the only way Trupfye ever communicated with him.

Do Trupfye and Leidcchysep regret this? Not really. Neither of them really wanted a kid, they just liked the thought of making one. Kafziel was pretty much their petri dish experiment that went right. They didn't want him after things went right, so they gave him to a person they trusted.

Ud's first day in kindergarten.

She has a late birthday (October 31st), so that's why she's 6 years old and in kindergarten instead of 1st grade.

She's in school because, despite them both carrying her around like everywhere, very few know about Ud's existence.

Leviathan and Cain aren't neglecting her they're just very busy trying to figure out a way to leave the foundation so they can raise Ud properly (they eventually do when she's like 8).

Also she has her own clothes, she just wears Leviathan and Cain's stuff because she likes being close to them.
