How comforting it is to know that wherever we are, God is with us. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations and wonder if God is paying attention. We may feel so alone and even depressed. We can’t feel God’s presence, and we need His guidance and help. Sometimes, no one really understands what we are going through but He does.  Zephaniah 3:17 says, “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you…” God is with us, leading us, guiding us, loving us, delighting in us, providing for us – all with His unlimited resources. What do we need? Do we need strength, peace, love, joy, or hope? He has it all. You can trust God. No matter what is going on in your life, He is there!

1 John 1:5 ‘The Lord is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.'We should never doubt the Lord’s goodness towards us. Even if we are going through difficult times, His goodness remains. There is no darkness in Him at all, so let go of the mistaken tone of distrust.  Reject every unwarranted suspicion regarding His faithfulness and believe that is He is always good and always righteous. PRAYER: Lord, You are my light and my salvation. I will trust and not be afraid. I will believe that You are good and that there is 'no darkness’ in You. In Jesus’ Name,  Amen.
