Monthly Girls Nozaki-Kun is officially my favorite anime. I just binged it in about a week, but sadly it’s leaving Netflix today. I hope it still gets a season 2 sometime! It had a perfect amount of humor and romance. And I loved ALL of the characters in one way or another, which is a first for me. And the fact that it’s much more family-friendly than other anime I’ve seen? A huge plus. And did I mention the characters? Idk how to describe it, but they’re all very “character” full of flaws and personality and hopes and dreams. I just love it so much! This show never ceased to make me smile.

Okay, never ever watch Vivarium. It was simply awful. The premise and preview look cool, but hnnnnnnnnnng. I never say this about movies: that was 99 minutes wasted of my life. I personally would rather watch paint dry. It was just confusing and had no point to it at all. The end wasn’t satisfying either. Never watch it. :/

Free Guy Reaction

Just watched this in theatres. Oh my gumdrops, it was awesome. BCLPST rating. (MY OWN OPINIONS.) Minor spoilers, but not where they spoil the movie.

(visual) Beauty: My goodness, the visual effects are stunning! Especially when it comes to game mechanics, but from the game’s point of view. Oh and the  architecture is great! 10/10

Characters: Guy is very likeable and I enjoy many of the other characters too. Not as much as other movies, but still very good. 9/10

Laughter: Very funny. Many laughs all throughout. Especially regarding Dude. 10/10

Plot: Amazing plot that tackles certain aspects I haven’t seen in other movies! It’d hard to explain without spoilers. Oh and I loved the many references and jokes. 10/10

Soundtrack: Okay. So. I personally don’t enjoy the overuse of the song “Paperman”. It’s a beautiful song, but it was hard to focus because I love the short film “Paperman” so my mind does a double-take. And they used it too much throughout the movie. Christophe Beck makes amazing music and could’ve made a unique song for Free Guy. Also, my favorite song in the movie (from the bridge scene) isn’t available anywhere except a thrown together Youtube audio. So that makes me sad. ;^; Otherwise solid soundtrack.  8/10

Tears: I almost cried, but not quite. But, it made someone important to me cry, when they usually don’t, so extra points for that! 9/10

Final total: 57/60 = 95% Harmony Points

I will say I didn’t like the one use of the f-word that was unnecessary and in a confusing placement, and a scene where a player made a lot of uncomfortable jokes and gestures, which was also unneeded.

“Micro-management”

Ooooooooooooo a shrinking episode!!! Ah man, I HATED the Presidential Fitness Tests . . . This was a cool episode! I liked the Dash and Phantom interactions. Also there were a lot of shrunk scenes I’ve never seen before, like the pizza, or the golf part. And there were so many cool designs I squealed over! Jazz in a ponytail? Yes! Phantom in the t-shirt? Heck yes! Danny with part white part black hair? HECK YES! Anyway, I liked this episode.

Oh nooooooooooooo my heart, I can’t decide now! Sam likes him and even JACK sees it. And Valerie likes him and Danny likes her and I actually think they’re really cute. Aaaaaaaaaaaa! Also, I totally pogged when Valerie got her new suit. I mean, she can transform into it at any time! How cool is that?! Oh and Technus’ earth beings were CREEPY.

“Secret Weapons”

I’m excited for another sibling episode!

Or not. Jazz, what’s up with you? Your character like, flipped or something. Not that she’s overbearing, dorky, clumsy, and pushy, because she is. But she’s also supposed to be the “smart one”. She should realize that “oh, I’ve captured my brother like 5 times, I probably shouldn’t handle the thermos” asdfghjkl.

Also, I think she should collect and organize REAL information about the ghosts, instead of naming them all herself.

Oh, I guess she did, but she did so by hacking into Danny’s personal stuff, smh.

We’re alone in the house! We can play checkers! Asdfghjkl Jack, you’re a dork and I love you.

“Yeah, keep hugging. We’ll see who hugs last.” Jazz, why are you so OMINOUS?

Okay, “fruit loop” is one of my favorite insults now XD.

Asdfghjkl okay, I love the sibling banter in the last 5 ish minutes of the episode!

Danny Phantom S2 E8 Reaction

“The Fright Before Christmas”

I’m not sure about this episode.

First thought: cool a Christmas episode!

Sam seems to love it!

Okay, yeah Danny has valid reasons not to like Christmas. And he’s not ruining for other people.

Burning the author’s book and being happy about it was bad though.

Oh no . . . I’m sorry but rhyming for a whole episode or movie tends to get on my nerves oooooof.

Hnnnnnnnng I feel like this is one of those episodes where the “moral” is everyone has to like Christmas or their grouchiness ruins the night for everyone else. I’d just like to say that as long as you aren’t hurting others or actively trying to ruin it, it’s okay to not like Christmas and celebrate it, or vice versa. Danny went to the Ghost Zone to healthily take out his emotions regarding it. But it was bad once he destroyed the book, then celebrated because it was centered around Christmas. Okay, rant over.

Ah, one of the “oh the gifts are gone it ruins the ENTIRETY of Christmas” tropes. :/

Oh cool, Sam celebrates Hannukah!

Did . . . no one see the giant monster made of toys that Phantom fought? Or was it just “aaaaaaaaaaaaa our toys!”?

Wait, what’s Danny’s jacket for? It appeared in one scene I think? XD

Overall, I didn’t like this episode very much. Mostly because it rhymed nearly the whole time (just a personal opinion), but also because it focuses on the material part of Christmas and that “people just can’t not like Christmas or they’re WRONG”. So meh.

Danny Phantom S2 E7 Reaction

“The Fenton Menace”

Oh cool, an episode narrated by Jazz!

A huge plothole question for the whole episode: Didn’t Jazz and Danny already share the secret? Are the episodes out of order? Why do they act like they don’t know??? I thought about this way too much throughout the episode asdfghjkl. I was disappointed because I wanted siblings sharing the secret. ;^;

Ah yes, ghosts can’t possibly be invisible to the human eye, our son must be crazy. What do they think the typical ghost is???

I like the detail of Danny’s hair frizzing the more stressed he is.

“Oh boy, fointment!” is my favorite quote so far! XD

A parrot? Oh is it the one ghost kid?

Given the context that Jazz apparently “doesn’t know”, throwing a pillow in her face before blasting the ghost is clever.

OH GOODNESS THAT STUFFED ANIMAL!!! ;O; DANNY WHY?

Again, why did it seem like Jazz and Danny didn’t knowwwwwwwwwwwww

Ahahahahaha in season 1 I was excited about Double Danny, but there’s an entire episode!!! XD (Aw man, but the internet’s bad again, so less writing ;^;)

Ahahahahaha he split his personality instead!

Doesn’t Jack know Phantom is a hero? Why is he aiming at him instead of the one Phantom is fighting? XD

And the split powers are cool too.

“The Ultimate Enemy”

Oh goodness, are all of the episodes an hour long now? I’m not complaining, but it’s easier when they’re shorter. (Especially when there’s extra time from internet lag ;^;)

GHOSTS CAN HAVE KIDS???!!! I don’t mind the pairing of the Box Ghost and Lunch Lady, but I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS??? (But if it’s similar to humans I’m uninterested pls don’t tell me, I’m aaaaaaaaaaaaace)

Okay, I am extremely worried. WHAT ingredients would be put in that sauce to make it lethal? Are they even legal???

This whole episode paints “cheating on a test” to lead to “killing hundreds of people and destroying cities”. Like, I haven’t done it, but it certainly isn’t as bad as murder.

Oh goodness, they die??? I mean, shouldn’t THAT be how Danny becomes evil??? And not, cheating on a test?

Nice, new power! And I may be wrong, but Danny’s Ghost Wail sounds a lot like the Box Ghost and not Danny’s voice asdfghjkl.

Wow, Evil Danny is even worse than ghosts. We’ve seen good ghosts in the show. He doesn’t just lack “human emotion”, he lacks any positive emotion or empathy at all!

Oh goodness, the worst way to find out your son is half-ghost: his evil counterpart from the future calling you terrible, oblivious parents!

Whew, good job Clockwork. I’m glad you worked, while my internet on the other hand took multiple minutes to load several seconds. oUO

 You know what? I’m finally gonna post these! Partially because I don’t care how people judge me for my reaction to the finale, and partially because I want to react to Underverse/Xtale next!

Here goes! (fyi, these were written right after I watched them, like months ago, I just never posted them.)

Woah, I didn’t realize this was a 50 minute episode until I was 40 minutes in XD!

Plasmias, are you stupid? It’s obvious he was locked up for a reason.

Wait, hold up. Pegabug, uhhhhhhhhhhhh I think grabbing Shadowmoth’s miraculouses would’ve been the better choice. Not only would you now know his identity, but the butterfly and peacock would no longer be in his possession! The coffee cup would’ve been easier to grab then, and if not and if Gabriel was stubborn and sent everyone to space, you could use Pegabug multiple times to get the citizens down. Or even better, use the space suits. The miraculouses were right there. OOF!

Oop. Bad internet again.

Kids need care and respect just as much as adults. If he doesn’t want to be called a kid, don’t call him a kid. Especially since he has ghost powers and angering him does nothing but make it worse.

I saw M. Bersback and tried to figure it out backwards again asdfghjkl. It was more obvious than that lol.

Okay, the ghost shield CONFUSES me. Phantom can’t pass through, but Fenton can, but then he can’t transform even though the other ghosts are all aboard. It’s EXTREMELY confusing!

Okay, but Danny floating back up off the plank was EPIC!

I liked this episode.

I never mentioned it, but the “he’s a phantom” in the intro always gives me cool chills, haha!
