*breath in* …there is no canon evidence that Rhaegar/Lyanna’s relationship was not consensual beyond Robert Baratheon and fuckin Bran’s accounts. Look at Rob. Rob is biased as heck considering we know he was in love with Lyanna, almost possessive. He can not accept that Lyanna would love anyone other than him. On all other accounts he speaks favorably of Rhaegar. Look at Bran. He has no connection AT ALL to whatever happened- beyond hearing vaguely about it from other sources presumably. Even our pinnacle of Morality Ned talks highly of Rhaegar (i.e. thinks him the man above attending brothels). Why would he talk highly of the man who kidnapped his sister? Ser Barristan Selmy, who served three kings, thinks that Rhaegar would have been better then any of them! Daenerys is often compared to Rhaegar as a compliment! Cersei wanted to be married to him! Jon Connington was in love with him. The common people loved Rhaegar! Everyone loves Rhaegar! Rhaegar was a fuckin nerd. He loved reading and was often made fun of it as a child. Then he grew up into this badass and everyone was like ooOoOH but lemme remind you Rhaegar was a fuckin NERD. Rhaegar liked music ”loved his harp more than his lance). And he played all the time like a dweeb. His songs even made Lyanna cry because they were so beautiful. Rhaegar was sassy af. At the tournament at Harrenhal, he winter rose crown for the queen of love and beauty to Lyanna because she was Best Girl. Everyone was like “what abt your wife” and Rhaegar was like “fuck u lol.” When the rebellion started and whatever and Rhaegar was killed he diED WITH LYANNA’S NAME ON HIS LIPS. liKE– also LYANNA. This boss ass bitch wasn’t about to marry Robert aka Fuckboy #1. She had “the wolfblood” in her and was Arya v. 0. She was a good swordsman and horseman. Ned says that Rob never saw "the iron underneath.”and Lyanna new that Rob would cheat on her because he’s an Asshole. When Lyanna died, she was clutching her favorite blue winter roses like the ones Rhaegar gave to her. The symbolism here is obvious. Anyways Rhaegar and Lyanna are 2 badasses they deserve each other fuck Robert Baratheon and good day

As someone who a) has a friend who started r/l week and b) someone who kind of helped organise it, I just wanted to let you, and all your followers, know that not every r/l fan dislikes/hates Elia and I certainly think that what happened to her...I can't even describe it, but it was beyond disgusting. So, before you disrespect something that people love I think you should just "stay in your lane".

I’ve never said the is impossible to someone ship Lyanna and Rhaegar and like Elia. TO ME, it is impossible to ever ship Rhaegar to someone, since A) I’m to much a Martell and Stark fan to ship their daughters to someone who brought them death. B) Rhaegar was not mentally well stable to ever ship him romantically to someone at all. But if you do, ok. My problem is with people trying to erase Elia from the story, from HIS story, and you cant denying that many show/R+L fans did just that, erased Elia and the other two heads of the dragon, erased Martin saying about their relationship, erased the many tips that shows in the books that their relation wasnt just “nothing”. And is specifically these fans we stand out.So, before you disrespect something that people love I think you should just “stay in your lane”.            

Firstly, not all people love R+L, speacilly after the great disservice HBO did to them, there is A LOT os people who are very critique to these so called romance. Secondly, Elia was disrespect being deleted of you week and even more so when those who remembered Elia started to talk about that. I barely knew about this week and the only reason i get to know about it was because people were demanding us an action about that.So i was very well then “in my line” when Elia was being disrespected again, forgotten once more.

Surprisingly, a lot of people prefer the books to the show, some completely ignore the latter. Also, we don't know if Rhaegar and Lyanna were married in the books (and I honestly hope they're not), the show is hardly canon at this point. And not everyone who ships them think they were all that romantic!

People Aren't Erasing Elia!!! Oddly enough, a lot of those who like r/l also like Elia and those same people most likely think that murdering and raping an innocent woman and her children is actually very wrong. Some of you Elia stans make it out as though we cheered when we read about that???

Basically, I agree that Elia Martell should be protected at all costs, that she was amazing and deserved far better. But why would she be a part of the Rhaegar and Lyanna week when that event is about, well, Rhaegar and Lyanna??!

My dear anon don’t worry too much! If they were so bothered that they are organizing a week out because of it then we already won! At this point their looking for us to be upset because they have way to much time on their hands. Ignore them and we will still win. 

I would love to have another Elia week! The ones who deserve the credit for Elia Martell Week are the people over at @eliamartellappreciation!!!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 They did such a wonderful job!!!  But maybe a bit later for me because I don’t think I would be able to participate ~ I am a little busy.

Honestly, as long as they stay in their tags I could care less. If it makes you feel better its not like their previous week was really that great, it could not compare to the Elia Martell week at all. Honestly, I feel like the size of that fandom is exaggerated.

Lol we just going to have to deal with a bunch of pictures of Viserys 2.0 and a totally aged-up “Lyanna” for a week.
